I was fortunate to try the S & A Catering Gourmet BBQ at my daughter- in-law's wedding shower last year.  Everything was so delicious I decided to hire them to do the same menu at my wedding the following month.  The price was reasonable and the food incredible.  I would recommend S & A to anyone planning to host a special event in the near future.

Scott and his staff prepared the food for my daughter Stephanie's wedding.  We had 150 guests, and almost every one of them commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted.  I have since hired them to cater several parties at my house throughout the year.  The food is to die for.

I recently officiated at a friends wedding where S & A catered the event. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was delicious. The service was also excellent.  Everyone is still talking about the Maryland Crab Dip! Kudos to S & A for a great experience.

I have been fortunate to attend dozens of parties that Scott has cooked for over the past 15 years.  The food they prepare is better than you can get at any restaurant I know, especially when it comes to the barbeque ribs and pork.  My company uses S & A Catering to cater functions for special events quite often.  I've never been disappointed with their food or service.

I have been a rib fanatic my entire life.  Whenever I am at a restaurant that served ribs, that's what I order.  When I first tasted Scott's ribs, I knew that my search for the ultimate rib was over.  His ribs are not the typical parboiled, saucy messes that the chains serve.  They are full of smoky, meaty flavor and all he adds to them is a little North Carolina vinegar sauce.  To slop BBQ sauce on these ribs would be a crime.  I could eat them every meal.  You have got to try them yourself.

Scott has catered our company's quail hunting trips at a lodge in the Panhandle for 4 years.  My mouth waters while driving up in anticipation of enjoying the food.  His ribs and pork tenderloin are the hit of the trip every year.
